Here’s how to lose pounds and inches while you shrink your typical female fat zones… your belly, butt, thighs, and hips. You only need 7 minutes to do this all.

1. Hindu Squats
This exercise is a great version of normal squats. What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can for a total of 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. During each repetition, you will need to touch or swipe your finger tips to the ground to insure you are going down far enough in the squat.
Why this works?
You’ll lose pounds and inches from this exercise because it causes a huge oxygen deficit within your body. This forces your body to plunder and scavenge whatever it can to get quick energy. It plunders your fat deposits, thus shrinking your female fat zones.
2. Spinning like a child
Ever spin around in a circle like a child? Great, well do it as an adult now. Why? Because it might be the single best exercise to improve your health, energy levels, and ability to lose weight quickly.
First, what you do is spin clockwise in a circle, with your arms out like airplane wings. Spin anywhere from 5-15 repetitions to begin with. Find out the number of spins it takes to get slightly dizzy. You don’t want to get extremely dizzy. So don’t overdo it.
Once you find that magic number, do the spins multiple times each day with that number. I recommend at least 8 sets of spins. Since spins take only 15 seconds a set, you can do 8 sets in 2 minutes.
Spinning works for weight loss because it stimulates your Endocrine System to normalize it’s hormonal production and release. Without balanced hormones, you’ll either gain weight or have a hard time losing weight. Most of us have unbalanced hormones due to the foods we eat, liquids we drink, air we breathe, etc.
Spinning basically fixes the hormonal problem allowing you to unleash your body’s full ability to lose weight quickly, allowing you to shrink your female fat zones.
